The minimum entrance requirement to MOC Programme at KIST is a Bachelor Degree with Lower Second Class or Equivalent Qualification in ICT related courses, such as computer science/engineering, information technology, electrical engineering, electronics and telecommunications engineering, or electromechanical engineering, plus at least two years working experience in ICT and/or telecommunications industry.
Get MOC application forms fill them and submit either physically to Admission Office in Academia Building or send online to jonathan@kist.ac.rw with all the necessary documents as stated in the form. For those who want to send through post office use the address below:
