Flats and houses for rent are available in Kigali City and the rent ranges from $400 to $800 for a 3 bed room furnished house which can be shared, the price might vary from what has been mentioned depending on the status and location of the house. International students wishing to study in Rwanda must obtain visas from the Rwandan embassy in their country. Otherwise, temporary visas can be obtained at the Kigali International Airport upon arrival. Students must immediately obtain a study permit and visa upon registration. For this, they have to fulfil all visa requirements for Rwanda, which shall be provided with the letter of admission.
