  4. To understand the underlying principles of strategic Management as applied to the communications industry.
  5. To provide an understanding of the economics of a liberated and competitive communications industry.
  6. To understand the importance of organizational theory, behaviour, human resource management issues and interpersonal communications to successful business management.
  7. To be able to respond and manage change.
